Under our contract Number DACA67-94-D-1021, you are providing A - E design services to Public Works at Fort Lewis.

The Engineering staff at Public Works Wishes to express it' s appreciation for you support you provided in developing the funded Range Construction Program, utilizing the abbreviated design and negotiated process with the Job Order Contract.

Mr. Vince Olmsted our Project Manager noted that the efforts provided by Messrs. Reich, Roni, Malubay, Wiese, and Lane was exceptional. These Range Projects require an extended amount of effort and expertise during the negotiated process and the development of supplemental information to secure an adaquate settlement with the Job Order Contractor. Their interest and enthusiasm remained high during these prolonged negotiates which resulted in the awarded construction projects.

Your efforts to support Public Works has lead to a successful Range upgrade program that will result in enhanced soldier's training at Fort Lewis.
