Background

Keith is a Professional Electrical Engineer licensed in ten states (P.E.), a Licensed General Electrical Administrator in Washington State, a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) through BICSI, a Network Transport System Specialist (NTS  (LAN) Specialist) registered through BICSI, a Certified Telecommunications Project Manager (TPM) through the Telecommunication Project Management Association (TPMA), a Lighting Certified Qualified Professional (LC) through the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professional – NCQLP and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED A.P.) (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) through the U.S. Green Building Council. Responsibilities / Services

Keith will be responsible for the entire electrical engineering process. The quality and accuracy of the design product is ensured through good communication with the entire design team (owner, architect, mechanical engineer and others) and through an in-house QA/QC process.

This process continues into construction administration, where Keith and his team will work closely with the owner, architect and construction personnel. During the construction process, value engineering ideas and concepts are evaluated for true value to the owner as well as compliance with sound engineering practice.
